Its summer, you decided to do a little more attention than you and your good resolutions, you decided to drink more. It is a wise decision, which will allow your body to function better and better elimination. But what water do you drink?
The Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development recommends choosing tap water, based on several economic and ecological arguments:
- Bottled Water, often plastic, increases the volume of household waste: for the only plain water in bottles, 240 000 tones of plastic are needed. Tap water makes it possible to save 10 kg of waste per year per person.
- Tap water costs 100 to 300 times cheaper than bottled water, in the price of a bottle of water, the cost of the liquid is 20% and the 80% packaging.
- Much of the water in France is the source water (e.g. half of all water distributed in Paris).
If you do not like too much the taste of tap water, you can add the juice of half a lemon in a pitcher; add ice cubes or the filter into a pitcher special.
