Some meals does not set to somebody.we must get all kinds of tastes in equal ratio otherwise there will be some problems during our last life.Now a days there are many diseases cause by the meals which we eat .if we take much of sugar which causes for sugar and blood pressure .if we take much of cholesterol items which causes for pressure and our body will become too fat.if we take much pungency which causes for cancer and it hurt our throat.if we take much salt which also causes for blood pressure.so we must eat meals in equal ratio.we must follow proper and die tic control.”prevention is better than cure “ through this proverb we should keep the diet from the beginning before we suffer from those diseases which we mentioned earlier.

We should eat after one hour from we felt hungry.After taking our meals we should keep walk instead of lie instantly.we should take all the vegetables with our meals.and better we take fruits after the supper.
