There are several reasons for the formation of black circles. Some of the most important reasons for the formation of black circles are lack of protein food in the patient’s diet and lack of sleep. Then the other important thing which should be done is that the person should have a good sleep for at least seven hours a day. Some of the other ways to avoid black circles applying facial creams, it can also be reduced by limiting the salt foods and by avoiding coffee.
