If we start working means concentration is automatic, until we finish the work. The work will be successful only the concentration is full on that work. Do not concentrate on one work. Try to do five and more works at a time it must increase the concentration. Take one decision at one time. Do not take and change the decisions. Try to do meditation daily. Train ourselves on own. For example, consider we are studied in a room but there are many things to lose our concentrations like music systems, television, computer etc. at that time try to control our mind and change it to study. Take a break while doing any work. Continuous working must reduce our concentration power. It also creates mental stress. Record the start and end time of the work. It helps to increase the memory power also. A bored mindset may create some kind of mental disorder. If we are doing the same kind of work daily, it may reduce our thinking power. So vary your activities. Do something new on everyday.
