X rays are the radiation that has very short length with the range of ten to one nanometer. This is also called as radiography and roentgen rays. For examine some part of the body this is used. Suppose a fracture has happened to a person and the fracture has to be checked means in that purpose this x rays are used.
These technologies are used to make images using the electromagnetic radiation, which is used to record on a film called radiograph. While taking x rays some parts of the body may look white and some look black this is the reason of some tissues absorbing the x rays. The reason is because calcium that is in bones absorbs more so the bones look white in color. Fat absorbs less so the lungs look black in the x ray. The main advantage is that it is very fast, easy and no pain. The cost is also very less comparing to other technology.
