Sleep Disorder is generally known as Sleepwalking. This can be simply defined as, a person doing normal things when he is sleeping state. The person will be unconscious while he is performing this activity. He may not know what he is doing; this disorder is referred as sleep disorder. People who are affected by the disorder is those who are not able to manage stress. The person will continue to do his work in the unconscious state unless someone interrupts him. These cans affect people of all ages. Children and teenagers are more likely to be affected by this problem. Certain pills can also cause this disorder. Activities such as urinating, talking and dancing are being processed by person at the times of sleepwalking. They do these types of activities with their opens so that they can navigate their environment. There are some dangerous hazards due to sleep disorder. During activities such as climbing steps the person may slip down and get hurt. Reports have shown that many people have been seriously injured due to this disorder. By reducing stress it is possible for a person to prevent sleepwalking.
