Friendly bacteria are those which are present in the gut which helps in digestion of various foods. The friendly bacteria’s are also present in mouth to minimize the risk of infection from bacteria and virus. They are also present in skin to digest the waste product secreted by the skin. There are both friendly and not so friendly bacteria in human body. These friendly bacteria help our body system to maintain a balance in metabolic actions.
