Many of us must probably have the habit of going late to bed and waking up late in the morning. Well, it is time we change that habit, as various studies have indicated that those who wake up late in the morning are more likely to fare poorly in their professional career. The simple reason being that waking up early in the morning, one will have plenty of time to organize things and get ready for the day. Also, he will develop the habit of planning things well in advance and is least likely to lose out on his targets for the day.
