As with other allergic diseases, prevention is avoidance of allergens: Once identified, stay away from them! Easier to manage on a daily basis but longer, desensitization to practice by a specialist: injection at regular intervals of minute doses of these substances can limit early allergic reactions, to get rid of it.
If you are allergic and you have already experienced serious reactions such as anaphylactic shock, always carry with you a map with your state and a small emergency kit that can, if necessary, be useful to the physician.
If you have had severe reactions to insect stings (wasps, bees ...), wear long sleeves, preferably dark. Forget your perfume, but please have repellent sprays! If stung, remove the stinger and apply an ice pack or a wet cloth on the bite.
